We are transforming vending from sugary sodas and unhealthy snacks to offer high quality fresh foods nationwide.  We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Vending Industry Sales Representative to join our innovative team.

Position Overview:

As a Vending Industry Sales Representative at Swyft Inc, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence and establishing key partnerships to sell our F&B solutions to vend operators. You will have a proven sales track record and ideally you will have experience selling equipment to the vending industry and relationships with operators. Your primary focus will be on selling the hardware technology and onboarding operators who can deploy our robotic stores to replace manually operated F&B operations and high shrink micro markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Outreach:

    1. Identify and target potential operators, distributors and retailers who are best suited to deploy Swyft F&B robotic stores in their business.

    2. Implement effective outreach strategies to engage and educate potential partners about the benefits of collaborating with Swyft Inc.

 

  1. Partnership Building:

    1. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at vend operators, distributors and retailers to secure orders for our F&B solutions and to establish Swyft Inc as the solution of choice.

    2. Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of the Swyft Daily Fresh, Bakery and other F&B robotic store solutions and the advantages of choosing Swyft Inc as a technology provider.

    3. Identifying & onboarding optimal regional distributors for Swyft F&B items 

  1. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

    1. Collaborate with potential partners to understand their specific needs and customize proposals accordingly.

    2. Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to secure premium vending locations for the Swyft Food & Beverage channel.

  1. Market Research:

    1. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

    1. Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

    2. Utilize data analysis to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

  1. Qualifications:

    1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the vending industry or a related field.

    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    3. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

    4. Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

    5. Familiarity with the food industry and understanding of vending operations is a plus.
